简历:

王若愚,男,汉族, 19763月出生,甘肃省兰州市人。中国科学院寒区旱区环境与工程研究所研究员,博士生导师。

1994-1998年在兰州大学医学院药学系药学专业本科学习。1998-2002年进入中国生物技术集团公司兰州生物制品研究所第二研究室从事疫苗研发工作。2002-2005年在兰州大学生命科学学院植物学专业攻读硕士学位,从事植物抗冻蛋白基因克隆及分子生物学研究。2005-2008年在中国科学院旱区旱区环境与工程研究所从事植物微生物病害研究,获得理学博士学位,200610月至20103月获得日本政府文部科学省奖金(国费),赴日本国立金沢大学(Kanazawa University)从事微生物分子生物学的博士后期课程研究,获得医学哲学博士学位。20104月至201112月由美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)经费资助,在纽约州立大学(暨纽约州卫生部)Wadsworth中心从事博士后研究。主要研究方向为从事微生物学及植物病理学研究。

生态学(1.微生物与植物相互作用的分子机理:细菌胶原样蛋白(Bacterial Collagen-Like Proteins)在微生物-植物相互作用中的功能研究; 细菌挥发性气态成分(bacterial volatile compounds)在植物抗逆生理中的信号作用。 2.百合主要真菌型病害的分子生态学研究及防治技术开发; 3.土壤改良、生物防治及作物生长促进菌剂的开发与应用研究 )
